1. Scope
This policy describes the collection of personal information on the Beau Spray inc. ("Beau Spray", "we") website and the handling of quote requests.

3. Information collected and means of collection
The form collects your name, phone number, email address, project type, job-site city and project description. It also transmits a timestamp and the path of the submission page. It does not provide a photo-upload function. Please avoid including sensitive information or information about other people.
Visiting the website involves technical exchanges with its host, Vercel, including your IP address, requested resources and technical browser information needed for communication. These exchanges are separate from the form.
4. Use of your request
Information from the form is used to assess your project, prepare a quote and communicate with you about it. Your request does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
5. Consent and withdrawal
The form checkbox asks you to agree to Beau Spray contacting you to handle your request; it is not checked in advance. You may withdraw consent to the use or disclosure of your information by contacting the person in charge. Withdrawal may limit our ability to respond to your request and does not remove legally required retention obligations.
6. Service providers and processing outside Quebec
The form sends your request to Make to automate its routing. The request is recorded in Google Sheets and sent to Beau Spray by email. Make, Google and email service providers therefore participate in its processing. Vercel hosts the website. These providers may process or store information outside Quebec. Contact the person in charge for information about providers and processing conditions applicable to your request.
7. Cookies and audience measurement
This version of the website does not integrate audience measurement or advertising tools and does not create cookies, local storage or session storage for these purposes. Images, fonts and videos are served by the website. Links to Google or Facebook open external services, whose policies apply when you visit them. Technical exchanges with the host still occur.
8. Retention
You may obtain the retention periods applicable to your request, copies in processing tools and emails from the person in charge. The law requires destruction or anonymization once the purposes of collection have been achieved, subject to a legally required retention period. This policy does not set a uniform period for every file.
9. Your rights and remedies
You may request access to your information, correction and withdrawal of consent to its use or disclosure, subject to legal exceptions. You may also request computerized personal information collected from you in a structured, commonly used technological format, under the conditions set by law; this right does not cover information created or inferred from that information and applies unless serious practical difficulties arise.
Send your written request to the person in charge. The law provides for a response to access or correction requests within 30 days of receipt. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec to learn about remedies applicable to your situation.
10. Protection of information
The website and form submission use HTTPS to encrypt exchanges in transit. This does not guarantee the security of all subsequent processing. Contact the person in charge for information about safeguards applicable to your file and the processing tools.
11. Changes
Changes to this policy are indicated on this page with their date. Where a change requires a new notice or consent, it must be provided before the affected processing.
